As a Back Office Assistant, you will be part of Forvis Mazars Group, based in our Center of Excellence in Barcelona, supporting the smooth running of operations through efficient administrative management, team support, and coordination of internal processes in an international environment.
Your impact
Join Forvis Mazars and support our Audit teams across Switzerland from our Barcelona hub. In this role, you will play a key part in the preparation of high-quality proposals and client materials, contributing directly to our business development efforts and helping win new audit engagements.
Your responsibilities
- Support the preparation of audit proposals (RFPs), presentations, and client deliverables
- Produce high-quality, impactful documents in line with brand and client expectations
- Collaborate closely with Audit teams across Switzerland
- Manage and update sales opportunities in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high attention to detail across all deliverables
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies in proposal management
- Provide structured administrative and coordination support to the Audit business development activities
Your profile
- Proven experience in proposal management, business development, marketing, or a similar role ideally within a services industry
- Additional experience in business development, account management, project management or marketing would be considered as an asset.
- Fluency in English and French (C1 minimum). German (C1) is a plus, both written and spoken
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, and a strong interest in leveraging digital and AI-enabled tools, including the regular use of Copilot and similar solutions.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a strong advantage
- Strong ability to manage priorities and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a clear sense of ownership
- Stakeholder-oriented, able to understand needs and translate them into pragmatic, value-adding solutions
- Detail-oriented and quality-driven, with clear and structured written communication skills
- Proactive and organised, able to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative, international team
