We are looking for a Work Management & Workflow Consultant with experience in Adobe Workfront, Jira, and similar work management tools to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end workflows across teams and departments. This role focuses on process design, workflow definition, and operational excellence, ensuring that work is structured, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong process-oriented mindset and is able to translate complex business needs into efficient, tool-supported workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Process & Workflow Design
- Analyze existing business processes and ways of working across teams.
- Design and document end-to-end workflows (intake, prioritization, planning, execution, review, approval, delivery).
- Define standard operating models and governance frameworks for work management.
- Ensure workflows are consistent across tools while adapting to different team needs (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall).
Work Management Tools Configuration
- Configure and manage Adobe Workfront, Jira, and similar tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet).
- Define project structures, task hierarchies, statuses, workflows, custom fields, and permissions.
- Build and maintain templates and reusable process models.
- Support resource planning, capacity management, and workload balancing.
Automation & Integrations
- Design and implement workflow automation using Workfront Fusion, Jira Automation, or equivalent tools.
- Integrate work management tools with other enterprise systems (CRM, DAM, collaboration tools, reporting platforms).
- Ensure data consistency, traceability, and reliability across systems.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Define KPIs related to delivery, throughput, cycle time, SLAs, and resource utilization.
- Build dashboards and reports to provide visibility to operational and executive stakeholders.
- Identify bottlenecks and continuously optimize workflows based on data insights.
Change Management & Adoption
- Act as a key partner for business, technology, and operations teams.
- Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and best practices.
- Promote a process-driven and continuous improvement culture.
Required Skills & Competencies
Core Skills
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront and Jira (configuration, workflows, templates, reporting).
- Experience with similar work management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, ClickUp, etc.).
- Strong process-oriented mindset and ability to define structured workflows.
- Proven experience in workflow design, optimization, and governance.
- Ability to translate business requirements into operational and technical solutions.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Experience with automation tools (Workfront Fusion, Jira Automation, or equivalents).
- Understanding of integrations and data flows between work management tools and enterprise systems.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and documentation-driven approach.
- Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement.
Nice to Have
- Experience in marketing operations, PMO, IT, or digital transformation programs.
- Certifications in Workfront, Jira, Agile, or Project Management.
- Experience in consulting or enterprise environments.
