THE JOB
As our next Business Travel Consultant, you’ll bring your passion for travel, commercial insight, and proactive mindset to deliver outstanding service to corporate clients. You understand that great business travel isn’t just about bookings,it’s about enabling people to perform at their best.
You enjoy learning, anticipate client needs, and continuously look for smarter, more efficient ways to work. With energy, curiosity, and a think‑different attitude, you’re equally comfortable working independently and collaborating with colleagues and partners.
YOUR MISSIONS
- Act as a trusted point of contact for corporate travel clients via phone and email
- Manage end‑to‑end business travel bookings using the Amadeus GDS system
- Provide expert consultation to deliver seamless, compliant, and cost‑effective travel solutions
- Build strong, long‑term customer relationships through proactive service and tailored advice
- Ensure clients feel supported, confident, and eager to return — again and again
Our Ideal Candidate ?
- Relevant experience: Previous experience in a travel agency or commercial travel environment is ideal, though not essential
- Industry exposure: Background in travel, tourism, hospitality, or gastronomy is a strong advantage
- Languages: Confident communication in German and English (verbal and written).
- Tech confidence: Experience with Amadeus or similar booking systems
- Service mindset: You enjoy working with booking tools, engaging with clients, and growing your expertise in a fast‑moving, service‑driven industry
