The role :
We are building a modern, automation-first acquisition engine inside our Madrid Sales Ops team — and we want you to help build it and keep it running. As our Junior Digital Sales Acquisition, you’ll administer and optimize our CRM and sales tools, design and run the multichannel prospecting machine that feeds our pipeline, and bring AI in wherever it makes us faster. A hands-on role for someone who loves tools, data, and turning signals into opportunities.
What you will do :
• Administer and optimize our CRM and sales tools — run & build: own the day-to-day administration of HubSpot and our prospecting stack, and keep improving their setup, integrations and processes.
• Automate our outbound engine in HubSpot : workflows, sequences, lead scoring and clean, reliable data.
• Design and launch modern multichannel prospecting sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) that generate qualified sales opportunities, using appropriate IT tools/solutions.
• Build and manage HubSpot workflows to take manual, repetitive work off the sales team’s plate.
• Put modern prospecting tools to work (lemlist, La Growth Machine, SalesLoft…) and test new ones.
• Bring AI into the sales motion — AI inside the CRM, agentic automations, smarter targeting and copy.
• Measure and iterate : track open, reply and meeting rates, A/B test, and improve fast.
• Work closely with the Marketing team to work on sales content strategy/production
• Support Sales Ops & Business Managers with dashboards, documentation and trustworthy data.
What we are looking for:
• A final-year student, recent graduate or intern ready to get hands-on and make an impact.
• Essential — hands-on with HubSpot , including creating and managing workflows.
• Comfortable with modern prospecting tools (lemlist, Smartlead, La Growth Machine, SalesLoft, or similar).
• Curious, autonomous and analytical — you like testing, measuring and improving.
• Problem Solver capabilities – you always propose solutions to problems.
• Fluent in English, Spanish and French are a strong plus.
BONUS POINT : You already use AI to sell smarter : AI integrated in a CRM, agentic setups to ease sales teams’ daily work, or AI-assisted targeting and copywriting.
