Job Description:
As a Team Assistant (m/f/d) for Electrical and Mechanical Design, you will support our team at Airbus Defence and Space SAU in Getafe with administrative and organizational tasks. You will contribute significantly to the efficient operation of the electrical and mechannical design department and serve as a key interface both within the team and with external partners.
RESPONSABILITIES
- comprehensive administrative and organizational support for the Electrical Engineering and Design Engineering team
- schedule management, coordination of meetings, and preparation of meeting minutes
- organization of business travel, including flight and hotel bookings, and expense reporting.
- creation, formatting, and editing of documents, presentations, and reports in Spanish (and English if required)
- management of documents and data within electronic systems
- assistance with the procurement of office supplies and technical components
- communication with internal departments and external suppliers/partners
- support in organizing team events and workshops
- covering for colleagues during their absence
- ensuring compliance with corporate policies and processes
- monitoring cost center and the trajectory until year end
- support monitoring of booking status od individuals and highlight deviations
SKILLS
- completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Office Clerk, Foreign Language Secretary) or equivalent qualification
- several years of professional experience in a comparable administrative support role, ideally within a technical environment
- excellent proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- fluent spoken and written Spanish (C1 level or higher)
- good spoken and written English (B2 level or higher)
- strong organizational and communication skills
- independent, proactive, and structured working style
- high degree of discretion and reliability
- strong team spirit and service-oriented mindset
- experience with document management systems is an advantage.
- an interest in technical topics and processes is desirable
