We are seeking a highly experienced professional with proven GenAI solutions, financial/real estate/Business Intelligence, and quantitative/data skills to join our AM team and be part of the creation and growth of new processes and methods for applying SVA tech tools, GenAI capabilities, and quantitative models to originate and deliver AM projects that maximize performance of our existing global business. The AM business has significant potential for growth, with this role playing a crucial part in the success of our growth initiative.
This role will focus on the development and continuous improvement of quantitative AM services and processes through GenAI-powered solutions, advanced data processing, and interactive visualization. You will work closely with AM real estate professionals and the SVA global innovation team, aligning with our clients' AM strategies by adopting a data-driven and AI-augmented approach across all project stages (origination, evaluation, execution, and client delivery) while developing new GenAI-enabled services.
You will be the point of reference for advanced users of AM services and will work with AM teams on complex services, including customizing technical solutions for specific projects/markets. You will be based in Madrid and will work within the AM team and collaborate with SVA innovation throughout the globe.
This role will heavily involve data engineering, BI analytics, and coding (Python, SQL) to build AI-driven solutions, many of which will materialize as interactive dashboards and executive reports to share with our clients. You must possess an entrepreneurial mindset: creative problem-solving, the ability to work independently, and be a strong team player. Excellent communication skills are essential to explain complex business problems succinctly and in a structured way to our senior partners and clients.
Scope of Responsibilities:
GenAI & Data: Design, prepare, and transform large-scale datasets to support advanced analytics and machine-learning workloads across the AM platform. Drive the implementation and operationalization of GenAI solutions by ensuring robust data ingestion, feature pipelines, and scalable deployment architectures. Leverage NLU and GenAI capabilities to enhance client experiences through automation, intelligent services, and real-time data integration, while building prototypes and proof-of-concept GenAI solutions to generate bespoke capabilities and innovative ideas for our strategic clients.
Analytics & Platform Development: Support the AM team to execute projects leveraging SVA data, Asset Management models, and AI/ML capabilities within the SVA innovation framework. Identify and integrate suitable internal and external real estate databases to enrich the platform, including complex client data ingestion pipelines. Perform complex data analysis, quality assessments, and profiling to uncover patterns and ensure reliable, actionable insights. Deliver clean, well-structured, and production-ready data flows that enable AI-powered applications and advanced analytics capabilities.
Strategic Partnership & Innovation: Pro-actively ideate AI-driven solutions to improve the platform, including independent, creative problem-solving to address technical and business challenges. Educate and drive adoption of data-driven and AI-augmented processes across the AM team, collecting business requirements and acting as a strategic business partner and technical liaison between real estate professionals and the global innovation team. Foster a culture of innovation by demonstrating the value of GenAI and advanced analytics in delivering superior client outcomes.
We are seeking candidates with:
Strong quantitative background in data analytical skills (5 – 7 years’ experience).
Prior experience in finance, BI consultancy and/or real estate consultancy will be highly relevant.
Proven experience working with GenAI technologies and LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini) including development of AI agents, RAG systems, or production GenAI solutions
SQL, Python (or similar) and Excel are essential. Pyspark, Databricks would be a plus.
Experience analyzing business and visualizing that into dashboards to test and improve client experience via big data and technology.
Solid project management and execution skills, experience working in autonomous and fast-changing environment.
