We are hiring a senior outbound SDR to drive delegate sales for the Hospitality Social Media Summit, a premium executive programme for leaders in hospitality marketing, social media and commercial strategy, taking place in London and online on 3–4 September 2026.
This is a fully remote, B2B sales role: a focused, high-value sprint in the final five to six weeks before the programme. The role is primarily phone-based, supported by LinkedIn and email follow-up.
You will speak with senior hospitality, marketing and commercial decision-makers, qualify interest quickly, handle objections with confidence, and move prospects from first conversation to booked place or group enquiry.
We are hiring for the Hospitality Social Media Summit first, with further premium hospitality programmes planned in a similar format. Strong performance on this campaign can lead to continued work across future launches.
What you’ll do
- Call senior decision-makers across hospitality, luxury, travel and related sectors, including Heads of Marketing, Social Media Directors, Commercial Directors, GMs, owners and founders.
- Qualify prospects quickly, judge whether the programme is relevant for their team, and build genuine urgency to attend in London or online.
- Follow up professionally by email and LinkedIn using our messaging, programme materials and CRM.
- Handle objections around budget, timing, relevance, online attendance and group bookings.
- Keep HubSpot current, including calls, outcomes, next steps and deal status.
- Work closely with the founder on daily priorities, hot leads, group targets and sales angles.
What we’re looking for
- Polished spoken and written English. You will represent a premium brand in conversations with senior people.
- Strong phone presence. You are confident making high-quality outbound calls every day.
- 3+ years’ outbound sales, SDR, inside sales or business development experience, ideally B2B.
- Experience selling or calling into hospitality, luxury, travel, events, media, SaaS, professional services, or senior marketing and commercial decision-makers.
- Familiarity with the hospitality, hotel, restaurant, travel or luxury world.
- Sound commercial judgement. You know when to push, when to listen, and how to move a conversation forward without sounding scripted.
- Disciplined follow-up. You do not let warm prospects go cold.
- Experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or a similar CRM.
Nice to have
- Experience selling premium event places, memberships, training programmes, sponsorships or B2B services.
- Existing contacts in luxury hospitality, travel, lifestyle or hospitality technology.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience.
Engagement
- Fully remote contractor role.
- UK-friendly working hours required.
- Short sales sprint for the final five to six weeks before the programme.
- Fixed monthly base/retainer plus strong performance-based commission.
- Commission is tied to places sold and qualified revenue generated.
- Potential to continue on future premium hospitality programme launches if performance is strong.
How to apply
Please send:
- A short note on your outbound calling experience and why this role fits you.
- Your LinkedIn profile.
- Examples of campaigns you have worked on: what you sold, who you called, typical daily activity, and results achieved.
