Become responsible for our brands in Spain by developing, coordinating, and implementing the annual marketing plan aligned with the strategy and global guidelines.
Develop and implement the strategic Marketing Plan in collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager.
Define Marketing objectives and kpi’s based on key insights of brand review process
Develop the execution of portfolio strategy and prioritization.
Translate brand strategy into key initiatives
Work closely together with Trade Marketing to get alignment on priorities and activities.
Develop communication briefings for content creation, community engagement and media activation
Lead the development and excellent execution of all areas for the brand plan (ATL&BTL)
Continuously track and improve brand activation and brand experience delivered.
Communicate internally our brand's strategy and bring on board the commercial team.
Understand and build on learning from other departments.
Become an ambassador of our brands internally & externally.
Lead cross functional teams (local and international) to develop key projects.
Manage and coordinate external agencies.
Become an expert of the different financial elements that affect the P&L management and monitor and control the A&P budget.
Actively seeking into consumer, brand and business insights to help evolve the brand
Developing monthly reporting
Participating in annual reviews
Deep diving into ongoing risks and opportunities
Act as a key stakeholder for Trade Team
Contributing to on & off trade strategy
Integrating consumer-focused campaigns with strong trade activation
Contribution to management of pricing and budget challenges for brands
Coordinating with sales and trade teams, for instance, on customer visits and preparing reports for key accounts
Developing gift packs that respond to channel and consumer needs
Campaign Management and Communication
Driving the execution of global and local brand campaigns
Coordinating PR and influencers (e.g., Two Jeys, McLaren partnership)
Active campaign optimization in-flight.
Addressing legal and communication requirements related to marketing efforts.
Evaluation of performance and effectiveness taking accountability on kpi’s.
Manage our distributor partners in Portugal, Andorra, Gibraltar & Malta for the development of local Marketing plans
Sharing global vision and priorities delivering strategic guidance
Collaborating in the development of local activations
Holding distributors accountable on activation performance and clear actionable reporting
Giving tools to enable education, brand coherence and operational excellence in plan implementation
