Eurovision Services (ES) is looking for a highly-motivated Network Engineer to join our Technology Team in our Madrid Office, Spain.
ABOUT THE ES TECHNOLOGY TEAM
The Technology Team is the driving force behind all our technical infrastructure, networks, corporate systems, and software IT. It is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the entire technical landscape, which serves as the foundation for all permanent and event-based operational services for our customers (e.g., media organizations, sports federations, and event enterprises).
In this context, the Network team is responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of highly available network infrastructures supporting Eurovision Services’ IT and digital broadcast platforms. Through close collaboration with our engineering teams, the Network team ensures uninterrupted delivery of live content to our clients and plays a key role in enabling business continuity and service excellence.
In this role as Network Engineer you will:
Design, build, operate, and maintain high-availability cloud and on-premise network infrastructures for IT and digital broadcast services.
Contribute to the architecture and implementation of secure network solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including LAN, WAN, routing, and switching.
Expertise or working knowledge of Cisco networking platforms, such as Catalyst, Nexus, ISR, and ASR (experience with Cisco ACI is a plus).
