About this opportunity
As Business Analyst you will play active part in projects by providing business analysis, best practice research, detailed requirements, user stories preparation and acceptance criteria definition. You will work closely with Business Users, Product Owners, IT Architects and Dev Teams to scope, plan and support the successful implementation of technology solutions.

Analyzing incoming requirements and converting them into features. We are talking more about technical (e.g. new API, new endpoint), not business features, so technical skills and thinking are required.
- Technical solution development and documentation with diagrams, requirements and contracts.
- Dividing the features into the user stories for development team.
- Participation in teams scrum rituals (stand ups, plannings, demos, etc).
- Supporting teams during the development (clarifying requirements, helping SQA with test scenarios coverage).
- Maintaining teams project documentation - SRS, RTM.
- Planning, performing and implementing process improvement initiatives.

4-6 years of experience in IT industry.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and REST API.
- Common understanding of HTTP protocol: requests, responses, headers, error codes.
- Ability to write full and clear user stories, functional and non-functional requirements.
- Clear understanding of SCRUM methodology and rituals.
- Knowledge of UML and ability to build different kinds of solution diagrams.
- Good soft skills, ability to initiate and maintain communication between people, while keeping head cool.
- Analytical and solution-oriented mind, critical and logical thinking, ability to reach the correct conclusion based on the available facts and arguments.
- Being able to be autonomous and responsible for your part of work in terms of quality and matching the deadlines.
Will be a plus:
- Experience in backend services integration (API, HTTP, JSON/XML)
- Experience with Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence)
- Ability to read code and get needed information on system behavior from it
- Ability to decompose requirements and build technical solutions based on them
