Within our Human Nutrition business, we are looking for a Regional Commercial Excellence Lead to play a key role in shaping how we drive commercial performance across Europe.
This is a high-visibility, high-impact position, working closely with senior commercial leaders to strengthen execution, improve consistency, and unlock growth opportunities across multiple markets. You will act as a trusted partner to the business, helping teams focus on what drives value while bringing structure and clarity to how we operate.

What you bring

Strong commercial leadership experience, with a clear understanding of how to drive revenue and margin

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate in a matrix environment

A track record of delivering commercial transformation, CRM adoption, or performance improvement

Confidence working with data to shape decisions and priorities

A pragmatic, outcome-oriented mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution

Experience working across European or international markets
Experience & background

10+ years in Sales, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or related fields

Experience in multinational organisations with complex stakeholder environments

Exposure to regional or cross-country roles

Fluent English required; additional European languages are an advantage
