This role is part of the Amazon Business marketing team. Our vision is to establish Amazon Business as the most recognized B2B brand. This position focuses on content development and project management for verticalized campaigns across EU markets, with specialized ownership of SEO/AEO, Marketing Content Site (MCS), and end-to-end strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (IMCs) for key segments.
Success in this role demands strong writing abilities and tactical expertise. We seek a marketing specialist with demonstrated success in delivering measurable results across verticalized campaigns and multiple content formats. The ideal candidate combines deep subject matter expertise with customer empathy and strategic content creation—translating customer pain points and buying barriers into high-impact marketing assets that accelerate decision-making across the buyer's journey. As a recognized authority in their domain, they understand what keeps prospects from converting and customers from expanding, then craft messaging that directly addresses those friction points. This role operates in a highly matrixed organization, partnering closely with EU marketing teams to increase adoption of solutions across customer segments and channels.
This position requires someone who earns trust through performance and relationship building, thinks analytically about customer challenges, and maintains meticulous attention to detail while consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
This role will be based in Madrid, Spain and requires in-office presence five days per week.
Key job responsibilities
Support content development and project management for verticalized campaigns across assigned verticals, managing timelines and cross-functional coordination with EU marketing partners.
Own SEO/AEO content execution, creating optimized content to drive organic search performance across EU markets. Drive brand discovery in traditional search and AI-powered engines, supporting organic search, registrations, and high-quality signups. Responsibilities include validating topics, approving outlines, reviewing drafts, managing legal approvals, and publishing content.
Manage day-to-day content for EU marketing content sites, ensuring strategy and execution align with the global MCS vision and brand standards.
Develop short- and long-form marketing content including blog posts, whitepapers, and e-guides tailored to EU audience needs and vertical priorities.
Create and manage content calendars, identify content gaps, and deliver regular business reviews with key metrics and KPIs for assigned integrated marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with global teams and coordinate with external partners to develop and execute content programs.
Ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and campaign alignment across markets and channels as outlined by global guidance.

- Bachelor's degree
- Several years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Writing and editing competency
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Background in B2B marketing and content strategy
- Experience working in a highly matrixed, global marketing organization
- Fluency in English required, fluency in one additional EU4 language required (Spanish, French, German, or Italian)
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience managing verticalized marketing campaigns or developing industry-specific content
- Experience with SEO/AEO strategies and organic search content programs
- Familiarity with content management platforms and marketing content site operations
- Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and content tools
- Experience collaborating with Field and Growth teams to create and deploy content through strategic marketing motions, showing ownership of content activation and campaign coordination
