MISSION: strengthen Site Supervision team
YOUR TASKS:
- Act as the primary technical liaison between the Engineering Department and topics identified globally by Supervision Operations
- Review and clarify engineering documents to ensure communication on new revision and alignment with Supervision field requirements
- Ensure Site Supervision processes compliance with international standards, project specifications, and company quality/safety requirements
- Support site supervision teams in identifying, reporting, and resolving technical deviations or conflicts
- Collaborate with Engineering to provide constructability feedback and contribute to design improvements
- Conduct site visits worldwide to support supervision, audits, and technical problem-solving
- Participate in training and knowledge transfer to enhance technical capabilities within the global supervision team
- Support risk assessments, method statements, and technical evaluations for site activities
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (other engineering disciplines may be considered with relevant site/technical experience)Ç
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and multidisciplinary interfaces (mechanical, civil, automation is a plus).
- Experience in international projects and multicultural environments preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced global environments
- Excellent communication skills with proven ability to bridge engineering and field operations
- Proficient in English and Spanish (additional languages are an asset)
- Willingness to travel globally up to 40–60% of the time
- Technical rigor with hands-on approach
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proactive and adaptable in dynamic project environments
- Ability to translate complex engineering concepts into clear field instructions
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Excellent English skills, both verbally and written; further language skills (e.g. German, Spanish) are an advantage
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in site supervision, or field operations in large-scale energy, or infrastructure projects
- Experience in the wind power industry is an advantage
