Our SEO team ensures our platforms, from SMN and Marketplace to landings and Local Business Cards, are seen by the right audience. We combine data, creativity, and technical expertise to boost visibility, drive organic traffic, and optimize every user experience. Working with Product and Content teams, we build features and strategies that keep us ahead in search.

The Role
As a B2B SEO Specialist, you will drive our organic growth strategy by connecting Fever's global entertainment platform with premier event organizers, venues, and partners worldwide. Working hand-in-hand with our B2B Marketing and Business Development teams, you will co-design the complete structure and content ecosystem for business.feverup.com. In this role, you will blend in-depth keyword research and high-quality content creation with advanced optimization across traditional search engines and LLMs, directly influencing lead generation, pipeline velocity, and revenue.
What You´ll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Partner with the Business Development team to gain insights on our sales process and adapt our B2B SEO strategy and content ecosystem based on partner needs and industry trends.
- You'll work hand-in-hand with the B2B Marketing Manager to define the entire structure, architecture, and strategy for business.feverup.com
- Conduct in-depth keyword research tailored to our B2B audience (event promoters, venue managers, etc.)
- Perform on-page optimization for B2B landing pages, blog content, and other digital assets to improve search visibility across traditional Search Engines and LLMs.
- Write and optimize high-quality content for our B2B blog to attract and engage our target audience.
- Plan and execute link-building campaigns coordinating with the PR team to acquire high-quality, relevant backlinks from B2B sources.
- Measure and report SEO’s contribution to qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.
Who You Are
- Previous experience (minimum 4 years) in a B2B SEO role.
- You are based in Madrid or willing to relocate to work closely with the team.
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and suggest evidence-based improvements.
- Critical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
- You have experience with international SEO, including content localization and multi-language strategies.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- You're highly skilled with key SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog
Valuable
- Experience with high-traffic websites or ecommerce.
- Experience working with CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
- Proficient in using Google Spreadsheets
- Experience building AI automations on no-code tools (Make, N8N…)
