What We're Looking For
The Associate Solution Consultant supports the successful implementation of JAGGAER ONE solutions by translating client business requirements into functional solution needs, configuring the application with guidance from more experienced colleagues, and helping ensure smooth delivery, documentation, and client transition from Implementation to Support.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Serve as a business and functional advisor to clients by translating requirements into solution needs and configuring the application to support agreed objectives.

Build functional solutions within Statement of Work (SOW) specifications while meeting agreed scope, timeline, and budget requirements.

Develop and maintain project documentation using established templates, examples, and available guidance.

Collaborate with cross-functional JAGGAER ONE teams to investigate and resolve client issues.

Manage a portfolio of assigned implementation projects, typically smaller projects or single-module solutions, with support available when needed.

Lead and support remote and on-site requirements-gathering sessions with assigned clients.

Identify, monitor, and communicate project risks, scope changes, delays, and change requests through established processes.

Support client communications, project status reporting, and the transition from Implementation to Support.
Success in this Position

Client requirements are translated into solution designs that support agreed business and project objectives.

Project documentation, stakeholder communications, and issue escalations are maintained throughout the project lifecycle in accordance with established processes.

Clients are transitioned from Implementation to Support following defined project deliverables and handover procedures.
Position Requirements:
Must Have

Strong office application skills and/or a genuine interest in technology and software solutions.

Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Ability to analyze information, interpret data, and solve problems in a structured manner.

Ability to manage assigned responsibilities independently while contributing within a collaborative team environment.

Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
Nice to Have

Familiarity with eSourcing, procurement processes, or related business functions in public or private sector organizations.

Experience participating in software implementation projects, project coordination activities, or client-facing solution delivery.

An additional language is considered an advantage.
