About the role
We’re looking for someone who wants to make a real impact by improving the reliability and performance of our Marketing Platforms. You’ll help move us from a reactive to a proactive service model, supporting a 24/7 platform across 18 countries.
What you’ll do
You’ll work closely with Service and Development teams to ensure high availability, resilience, and continuous improvement.

Execute the service transformation roadmap and drive adoption

Improve operational processes and enable first-line support to resolve issues

Monitor systems, define escalations, and enhance incident detection

Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and service metrics are met
-
Align operations with the delivery lifecycle
-
Reduce incidents and improve overall service stability
Support & operations
-
Manage production and pre-production environments in the cloud
-
Investigate incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes
-
Handle problem management and maintenance activities
-
Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution

What you bring
-
Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar
-
4+ years of experience in IT operations or support (ideally in corporate environments)

Azure
-
Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code

Linux administration
-
Scripting (Bash, Python, or Java)
-
Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Kibana)

Databases (SQL, MongoDB)

Development basics (Java Spring Boot, Angular, APIs – REST/SOAP)

Jira, Service Desk, Confluence

Networking fundamentals
-
Fluent in English and Spanish
