Role description
As an Associate Director , you will be a key contributor to thegrowth and development of our Strategic Consulting practice in Spain aswe offer honest advice and practical guidance to our clients on the fields ofReal Estate, Construction, People and Corporate Culture.
Our Strategic Consulting Team in Spain is composed by +40 fullydedicated consultants, all coming from reputable consulting firms and withfocus on three main pillars:
- InvestmentStrategy: Support Real Estate investors takinginvestment related decisions (integrated due diligences, monetization plans,strategic plans, highest and best use projects…)
- CorporateStrategy: Support clients operating in all sectorsexcept pure real estate solve their increasingly complex real estate and peopleissues (footprint optimization, new build feasibility programs, operating modeldesign, cost optimization plans…)
- ESG: Support all type of clients with real estate related ESG solutions(decarbonization plans, LEED & BREEAM certifications, environmental duediligence, mobility studies, non-financial reporting…)
- PlaceStrategy & Placemaking: Generatesolutions to improve urban and mid-scale spaces to ensurelong-term economic value by bringing meaning and experience to people
- BehaviouralScience: study social and behavioural science,understanding people needs and demands to achieve a positive impact on how welive, work and play
Working alongside a dedicated and diverse set of consultants, you willwork alongside our Corporate Strategy clients to define and implementstrategies that will deliver both short-term results and longer-termcompetitiveness through projects such as:
- RealEstate transformation : footprint optimization, real estate strategic plans, program of requirementsand construction feasibility for big developments, cost optimization plans andReal Estate/Facility Management operating model design and optimization plans
- People andculture: Corporate culture transformation, changemanagement plans
- Retail: Retail expansion, internationalization and/or footprint optimizationplans
- SupplyChain and logistics: Network design and optimization plans, 3PLselection process, real estate programs of requirements and strategic plans

MBA degree preferred with 5+ years of professional experience. Experience working as a Management Consultant required. Experience managing proposal writing efforts; participating in pitches for consulting work; developing new business within existing accounts through client relationships.
