Como ADMINISTRATIVO , tus funciones serán:
Brindar apoyo a los supervisores en la operativa diaria, colaborando en la gestión de pedidos y su seguimiento, control de materiales, así como la coordinación de visitas, con especial atención a grandes cuentas.
Actuar como primer punto de contacto con clientes, atendiendo llamadas y solicitudes, analizando sus necesidades y canalizándolas de manera adecuada (incidencias técnicas, consultas comerciales, cobros y/o facturación), principalmente en el ámbito residencial.
Dar respuesta a consultas de facturación y coordinar internamente su resolución con las áreas involucradas.
Apoyar en la gestión administrativa general de la delegación, incluyendo la coordinación con diferentes áreas de la compañía.
Para tener éxito en este puesto, necesitamos:
FORMACIÓN : valorable FP en Administración, Gestión o similar.
EXPERIENCIA: al menos 3 años en puestos administrativos y/o de atención al cliente. Valorable experiencia en entornos de servicios, mantenimiento o delegaciones operativas.
OFIMÁTICA: buen manejo de paquete Office (especialmente Excel, Outlook y Word). Conocimiento de herramientas digitales y bases de datos.
IDIOMAS: inglés valorable.
