Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated areas (Northwest area in Spain). Each day, you will focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio. You will also showcase your expertise by building long-term customer relationships and ensuring immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.
In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
Developing and executing account plans for strategic end-user accounts, identifying growth opportunities and tracking progress to maximize business development.
Prioritizing customer visits as the primary commercial activity, building presence and trust with key end users and strategic accounts.
Growing the portfolio mix by promoting the full range of Medium & Low Voltage services including maintenance, upgrades, retrofits, and value-added solutions.
Becoming a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their operations, anticipating their needs, and delivering tailored service solutions that create long-term value.
Developing and growing business penetrating into the Installed Based, promoting Medium & Low Voltage service like maintenance, upgrades, retrofits, and value-add solutions to the benefit of the customers and ABB.
Meeting / Exceeding established Financial KPIs.
Generating service sales leads and developing new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information and through identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios and using CRM (Salesforce).
Building long-term business relationships with existing and new customers.

Qualifications for the Role
You have an engineering degree in Electrical engineering or similar.
At least 5 years of experience in the electrical segment, MV & LV service.
Experience in Salesforce, medium & low voltage technical skills and experience delivering tailored solutions to customer needs is needed. Knowledge of SAP will be valuable.
Mindset to innovate, taking ownership and driving improvement.
You’re at ease communicating in English.
Willingness to travel.
