This is a great opportunity to become part of Axpo’s growing international LNG trading business, and contribute to Axpo’s LPG and gas businesses. The role is ideal for a young, proactive lawyer (preferably qualified in a common law jurisdiction) with experience in commodity trading, with a focus on LNG and shipping, who wants to add real value through his/her active business partnering and who enjoys to be part of a highly entrepreneurial environment. You will be part of Axpo’s international legal team and work at the Madrid office closely with stakeholders in other countries. At Axpo, we value diversity and welcome your unique perspective.
Drafting and negotiation of commercial sale & purchase agreements (e.g. LNG MSPAs), charterparties as well as ancillary agreements (brokers, NDAs, MoU etc).
What you bring & who you are:
3 - 5 years’ experience minimum, more experience welcome, in commodity trading, ideally in the energy trading sector especially LNG, LPG or oil trading and shipping, either as legal counsel within an international corporation or international law firm

You will join a dynamic team within Axpo Iberia, and will work closely with other subsidiaries and Axpo’s headquarters in Switzerland, where your expertise will directly contribute primarily to Axpo’s global LNG, and also Axpo’s LPG businesses.
