The project!
We're looking for a Payroll Coordinator with strong expertise in SAP HR to lead and coordinate payroll operations across different legal entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement within an international environment.
What will the role entail?

Coordinating and supervising the complete payroll cycle for multiple legal entities.
- Managing labor administration procedures throughout the employee lifecycle:

Contracts
- Working hours modifications
- Maternity/Paternity leave
- Settlements and terminations
- Other employment-related administrative processes
- Monitoring and managing absenteeism processes and related documentation.
- Advanced management and maintenance of payroll information in SAP HR.
- Managing Social Security processes through Siltra.
- Preparing and managing IRPF processes, including calculation, regularization, and liquidation.
- Supporting payroll accounting activities and reconciliation processes.
- Coordinating and validating commission calculations.
- Acting as a point of contact for payroll-related queries from employees, managers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with labor legislation and company policies.
- Leading and supporting payroll process improvements and team coordination initiatives.
