Automation Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across business processes.
- Process Automation: Automate manual and repetitive tasks, including data entry, email handling, reporting, and other operational workflows to reduce effort and increase productivity.
- AI-Assisted Automation: Apply AI-assisted automation, document processing, and prompt-based workflows to enhance automation efficiency and support smarter business processes.
- Workflow Optimization: Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows, eliminate inefficiencies, and enhance operational performance.
- Automation Support & Troubleshooting: Monitor automation performance, investigate issues, and resolve production incidents to ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation.
- Maintenance & Continuous Improvement: Maintain, enhance, and optimize existing automation solutions to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Business Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into practical automation solutions.
- Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain technical documentation, process maps, user guides, and support materials to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Implementation & User Adoption: Support the rollout of automation solutions, provide guidance to users, and help drive successful adoption across teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in automation, RPA development, or related software engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, or similar tools.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions in business environments.
- Experience supporting and maintaining automation solutions in production environments.
- Familiarity with APIs and structured data formats such as JSON, XML, and Excel.
- Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (such as Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in automation workflows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams to translate requirements into practical solutions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to support users through implementation and adoption activities.
- Certification in Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath, or similar automation platforms is a plus.
- Exposure to AI-driven automation or intelligent document processing is an advantage.
- Experience working in global or cross-functional environments is an advantage.
