Job Description
1、Manage and optimize customer-facing products, prioritizing based on the product team's strategy, including search product, product detail pages, and customer service tools.
2、Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, analyze data, and implement improvements to enhance user experience and engagement.
3、Develop and execute product launch plans, ensuring timely and successful rollouts while meeting business objectives.
4、Act as a bridge between customers and the product team, gathering feedback, and translating insights into actionable product enhancements.
5、Monitor product performance, conduct A/B testing, and analyze results to drive data-driven decision-making.
6、Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders, proposing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Position Requirement
1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a focus on digital products or e-commerce.
2、Minimum of 3 years of experience in product operations, preferably in a customer-facing role within a fast-paced technology company.
3、Strong analytical skills, with SQL ability is a must. Strong ability to interpret data and identify trends to inform product strategy.
4、Fluent in English, with additional language skills (Chinese would be a plus).
5、Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
6、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
7、Experience with AI-driven insights or automation in product operations is considered a strong advantage.
