Hospitality at Heart - Your Purpose
The Hospitality AI & Automation Specialist owns the design, deployment, and scaling of automation and AI initiatives across the Hospitality Enablement team. This is a forward-looking role focused on reducing manual work, connecting tools intelligently, and building the automation layer that makes the entire Hospitality org more efficient.
Better Together - Your Team
This person works across all pillars of the Enablement team and collaborates closely with Product, Tech, and Ops to identify and ship high-impact automation projects.
Progress Over Perfection - What You Will Do
AI & Automation
Own the full AI & automation roadmap for the Hospitality Enablement team
Design, build, and maintain automation flows across the tool stack (n8n, Make, and equivalent platforms)
Lead AI tooling initiatives end-to-end — from scoping to deployment and iteration
Stay ahead of AI and automation market trends and bring relevant innovations to the team
Integrations & Tooling
Build and maintain integrations between tools (Salesforce, Aircall, Zendesk, and others)
Monitor automation performance and continuously improve flow reliability and coverage
Partner with the Tools & Operations Specialist to identify automation opportunities across the operational stack
Process Improvement
Identify manual or repetitive processes across the Hospitality org and translate them into automated solutions
Partner with Product and Tech teams on AI features that impact the CX and Hospitality stack
Document all flows, integrations, and automation logic for team knowledge and continuity
Core Metrics
Automation coverage across identified manual processes
Number of AI initiatives shipped and in production
Flow reliability rate (uptime, error rate)
Time saved through automation across the Hospitality org
Speed of delivery on new automation requests

- Experience in automation, AI implementation, or a Ops/Tech role with strong automation focus

Confirmed-level knowledge of automation platforms

Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows and deploying AI tools in a business context

Strong understanding of API integrations and data flows between SaaS tools

Ability to work autonomously on complex, ambiguous projects and deliver concrete outcomes
- Experience collaborating with Product and Tech teams on AI or automation initiatives

Strong documentation habits and ability to translate technical logic into clear, accessible content
