We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with a keen eye for premium design aesthetics. In this role, you will be the guardian of our visual identity across a vast range of touchpoints—from high-end marketing campaigns and physical store/dealer assets to product packaging and corporate communications.
The ideal candidate thrives on variety, moves seamlessly between digital and print mediums, and understands how to elevate everyday corporate assets into beautifully designed experiences.
Brand & Retail Assets: Conceptualize and execute design assets for brand campaigns, retail environments, dealer networks, and merchandising applications.
Marketing & Social Content: Create compelling marketing collateral, edit photography, and prepare optimized assets for social media, web, and digital platforms, with a strong understanding of formats, specifications, and visual best practices.
Packaging & Documentation: Design premium product packaging and structure clean, user-friendly product manuals, documentation, labels, and other production-ready materials.
Corporate & Internal Communications: Design polished layouts for company-wide mailers, internal communications, newsletters, and other brand touchpoints.
Presentations & Templates: Build sophisticated, easy-to-use templates and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Print & Production Support: Prepare accurate print-ready files, ensuring consistency across typography, layout, colors, materials, and technical production requirements.
Aesthetic Sense: A strong portfolio demonstrating clean, sophisticated, and premium graphic design craft across brand, layout, print, and digital applications.
Adobe Creative Suite: Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and especially InDesign is essential.
Print Expertise: Strong experience preparing assets for print and production, with a solid understanding of file setup, technical constraints, finishes, materials, and supplier-ready artwork.
Digital & Social Design: Strong knowledge of social media formats, specifications, and visual best practices, with the ability to adapt brand assets across different digital channels.
Figma: Working proficiency in Figma is enough for this role. Advanced Figma skills can be considered a bonus, but are not required.
Templates & Productivity Suites: Strong skills in creating templates for Google Slides/Docs and Microsoft PowerPoint/Word.
Attention to Detail: High standards for typography, grid systems, layout consistency, color accuracy, and production quality.
Adaptability: Ability to balance multiple projects at once, shifting gears between creative marketing campaigns, social media assets, structured documentation, presentations, and production-heavy design work.
Nice to Have: Experience designing merchandising assets, event environments, or working in a startup environment.
Additional Bonus: Experience with Blender or similar 3D software for product or packaging visualization is a plus, but not a core requirement for this role.
