We’re looking for a Content Engineer to join our Organic Acquisition team. This is not a traditional content role - you won’t be writing blog posts or landing pages. We have an excellent agency partner handling content production across DE, UK, and ES.
Instead, you’ll be the person who builds the systems, automations, and workflows that make our content operations scale across three markets. You’ll design and run CRO and ASO experiments with proper rigor, automate structured content pipelines, and create cross-market templates that eliminate repetitive manual work.
Your playground: a proven multi-market organic acquisition engine with real room to systematise, automate, and experiment - using AI-powered tools and no-code automation platforms to move at a pace that compounds.
Your responsibilities and decisions:
CRO, ASO & Personalisation Experimentation
Design, execute, and analyse conversion rate optimisation experiments across web and app store listings
Build and own a structured experimentation framework: hypothesis prioritisation execution measurement learning
Design and implement multi-armed bandit testing to continuously optimise content variants across segments and markets
Drive content personalisation for key user segments (e.g., tax classes, employment types, filing interests) to improve relevance and conversion
Work with our ASO agency and tooling (Peec.ai) to improve experiment quality and velocity; own the experimentation process end-to-end
Document experiment results and build a searchable knowledge base of learnings that compounds over time
Content Automation & Structured Data
Build automated workflows using no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Make) and AI tools (Claude, Langdock, Antigravity)
Automate structured content generation beyond FAQs - including HowTo, Article, TaxCalculator, Breadcrumb, and Q&A schema, as well as emerging formats optimised for AI answer engines (AEO) and LLM consumption.
Define and maintain scalable content templates for diverse content types: comparison pages, how-to guides, tax topic explainers, calculators, and editorial formats
Create translation automation pipelines that work across DE, EN, and ES content
Design and roll out cross-market content templates that can be localized efficiently without manual duplication
Content Operations & Tooling
Identify manual, repetitive processes in our content workflow and systematically automate them
Work daily with our content and SEO stack: Uniform (CMS), Ahrefs, Peec.ai (ASO), Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
Leverage our AI tooling stack - Langdock, Antigravity, Claude (Code) - to accelerate content operations and experimentation
Build and maintain dashboards to track content performance and experiment results
Manage the interface between our content agency and internal systems to ensure seamless handoffs
Ensure content quality and consistency across all three markets through automated checks and validation
Your profile:
2–4 years of experience in content operations, growth marketing, or a similar role at a digital product company
Hands-on proficiency with automation platforms: n8n, Make, or similar - you can build workflows independently without engineering support
Strong working knowledge of AI tools and how to use them productively: Claude, AI agents, MCPs, custom skills
Experience designing and running structured experiments (A/B tests, multivariate tests, multi-armed bandits) with proper statistical rigor
Understanding of ASO and/or CRO fundamentals - you know what moves the needle in app stores and on landing pages
Understanding of structured data formats (JSON-LD, schema.org markup) and how search engines and LLMs consume content
Experience with or strong interest in content personalisation across user segments
Familiarity with CMS platforms (ideally headless/composable like Uniform) and SEO tooling (Ahrefs, Search Console)
High ownership mindset - you drive problems to resolution without waiting to be directed
Full professional proficiency in English; German and/or Spanish are a bonus but not required
Nice-to-haves:
Basic scripting skills (Python, JavaScript) - not required, but it opens doors
Experience with AEO tooling (Peec.ai or similar)
Experience in a multi-market content setup
Background in fintech or tax-related products
