We're not looking for someone who talks about the future of AI. We're looking for someone who's building it.
Join our Agentic AI Innovation Hub (part of Innovation Center in Barcelona)— a dedicated space where elite AI professionals co-innovate with clients to design, prototype, and deploy autonomous agent systems at enterprise scale. This is not a lab. This is not a back-office. This is where Agentic AI meets real business transformation.
We're hiring a Senior Agentic AI Lead to spearhead the next wave of intelligent automation — someone who can architect multi-agent systems, lead cross-functional teams, and drive the transformation of our clients' operations through agentic intelligence.
-
Lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Agentic AI solutions for global clients across industries — from pharma and life sciences to banking, insurance, and the public sector.
-
Architect multi-agent systems that plan, reason, orchestrate tools, and execute complex workflows autonomously — moving organizations beyond isolated use cases to full operational reinvention.
-
Define the technical vision for agentic architectures: agent orchestration patterns (sequential, concurrent, hierarchical), memory management, evaluation frameworks, and responsible AI guardrails.
-
Co-innovate with clients in hands-on workshops, rapid prototyping sessions, and applied research sprints — benchmarking emerging models and building industry-specific reference architectures.
-
Mentor and grow a team of AI engineers and consultants, fostering a culture of technical excellence, experimentation, and continuous learning.
-
Shape the Hub's identity as a thought leader — contributing to publications, speaking at events (MWC, Codemotion, university partnerships), and becoming a visible voice in Barcelona's AI ecosystem.
-
8+ years in applied AI/ML roles, with at least 3 years focused on LLM-based systems, generative AI, or autonomous agents in production environments.
-
Deep hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks and orchestration patterns — e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, or equivalent.
-
Strong software engineering foundation: Python, API design, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
-
Proven ability to architect multi-agent systems: tool calling, sub-agent orchestration, state management, RAG pipelines, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
-
Experience leading technical teams and translating complex AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes for enterprise clients.
-
Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
-
Experience with MLOps at scale — model deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and lifecycle management.
-
Familiarity with Responsible AI frameworks, bias mitigation, and AI governance in regulated industries.
-
Background in consulting or professional services, with the ability to navigate client-facing environments.
-
Contributions to open-source AI projects, research publications, or conference talks.
-
Expertise in industry-specific AI applications (pharma, financial services, supply chain, or public sector).
Access to the most ambitious Agentic AI projects globally — designing autonomous systems that redefine how organizations operate. You won't just advise. You'll build.
Work alongside leading tech partners — AWS, Google, Microsoft, NVIDIA, Databricks — with direct access to their latest platforms, APIs, and co-innovation programs.
Certifications, Stanford HAI Agentic AI courses, Udacity nanodegrees, AI Boost for Engineers, and hands-on workshops. We invest in your growth because the field moves fast — and so should you.
