As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a high-energy sales professional to take our sales, partnerships, and business development efforts to the next level. This role focuses on selling our trips through a variety of channels, including agents, school groups, sports associations, and influencer & ambassador marketing.

YOU WILL…
- Lead the creation and implementation of the sales strategy to drive revenue generation for Stoke Travel’s trips.
- Identify top B2B leads and serve as the first point of contact for potential new business opportunities.
- Create and deliver compelling pitches to new prospects and partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners.
- Manage accounts for new and existing agents, ensuring they’re supported and motivated to sell Stoke Travel products.
- Represent the Stoke Travel brand in public-facing communications, embodying our fun and adventurous spirit.
- Upsell and cross-sell to help existing customers and agents increase bookings and group sizes.
- Develop best-practice sales documentation to promote success within the sales team.
- Conduct sales training sessions for agents to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to effectively sell our products.
- Produce Quarterly Business Reviews to analyze performance, review KPIs, and set future goals.
- Be measured on the turnover and revenue generated from your business development efforts.
YOU ARE…
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- A self-starter with a can-do attitude, who’s motivated to exceed targets.
- Experienced in sales, particularly in the event, travel, or hospitality sector.
- Comfortable working in a flexible, laid-back environment without strict hierarchy.
- A confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills, experienced in writing proposals and delivering pitches.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- A creative thinker who pushes boundaries and brings new ideas to the table.
- Curious, eager to learn, and ready to grow with Stoke Travel.
