Set the analytical agenda. Drive the business.
You will join a fully integrated Growth Analytics team as its most senior individual contributor, working at the intersection of media strategy, data, and commercial decision-making across 20+ markets. You will not just answer questions — you will define which questions are worth asking, build the systems to answer them at scale, and make sure the business acts on what the data says.
This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role for someone who has the ability not just to execute work but also to coach and standardize methods of working and outputs of the team.
What you will do
-
Own the analytical strategy for paid media measurement — attribution, incrementality, business mix, efficiency benchmarking — end to end
-
Drive executive decision-making — synthesize complex, multi-market performance data into clear strategic narratives for VP and C-level audience
-
Build measurement infrastructure — design and implement frameworks, pipelines, and AI-assisted workflows that move the team from manual reporting to automated insight generation
-
Lead hypothesis-driven research programs — structure ambiguous problems, select methods, mobilize resources, and deliver findings with commercial framing
-
Size business opportunities — model trade-offs, quantify impact, and steer budget allocation decisions with data-backed recommendations
-
Raise the team's ceiling — mentor senior and junior analysts, set quality standards, build reusable tools and documentation that the team inherits
-
Bridge HQ and local markets — translate global analytical frameworks into locally actionable insights, and feed market nuance back into central strategy
What you bring
Must-have
-
5+ years in analytics with clear progression to senior or lead level
-
Advanced SQL and Python — you are productive in both, comfortable in notebooks, and can navigate a modern data stack and review other people's work
-
Paid media measurement expertise — attribution, incrementality, media mix; you can challenge vendors, improve/build data structures and challenge outputs
-
Proven track record of building frameworks, methodologies, or analytical systems that others have used
-
Experience influencing Director/VP level stakeholders with data — not just presenting, but changing direction
-
Commercial fluency — you attach a number to your findings and frame insights in terms of business value
Nice to have
-
Experience/understanding of data pipelines logi (Airflow, dbt) - we don’t work as data engineers but we engage with them as stakeholders
-
Hands-on LLM or AI pipeline work — prompt engineering, API usage, or agent-based workflows
-
Cross-functional ownership across Product, Finance, Ops, Pricing or similar domains
-
Experience in a marketplace, food delivery, or multi-market growth environment
