As an International Business Development & Sales Manager, you will drive international expansion, build strategic partnerships, and bring innovative space solutions to new markets across APAC, LATAM, the Middle East, and Africa.

You will:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with strategic customers, institutional stakeholders, and commercial partners across international markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and transform customer needs into value-driven commercial proposals and growth initiatives.
- Support the definition and execution of market-entry strategies that expand SATLANTIS’ presence and long-term footprint worldwide.
- Commercial and business development experience: Previous exposure to strategic sales, account management, or business development environments will help you identify opportunities and create long-term value.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles: Experience managing institutional, B2B, or B2G opportunities will allow you to engage multiple stakeholders and build trusted relationships.
- Technical curiosity: Understanding complex technologies and translating them into customer-focused value propositions will help you create impactful commercial conversations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills: Your ability to engage with customers, partners, and internal teams will be critical in international business environments.
- Strategic thinking: An analytical mindset and interest in market dynamics will help you identify opportunities and support informed decision-making.
- International mindset: Enjoying multicultural environments and frequent international travel will allow you to thrive in this global-facing role.
- English proficiency: Advanced communication and negotiation skills in English are essential for operating successfully across international markets.
- Experience in the aerospace, space, Earth observation, remote sensing, or high-technology sectors.
- Exposure to international markets across APAC, LATAM, Middle East, or Africa.
- Experience preparing proposals, tenders, bids, or strategic commercial documentation.
- Additional languages such as French or Arabic.
- Experience working in international and multidisciplinary teams.
