Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of products of Electrification division, of the marks ABB, Niessen y AEG within the Catalunya region for the OEMs market, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities.

Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
Adding value for the customer and ABB and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals, by using effective sales techniques.
Advising assigned clients on the correct selection of materials from our portfolio that best meet the needs of their applications.
Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB's offering and strategy.
Working with the marketing department and others to develop purchase plans and offers, ensuring their technical and financial accuracy.
Monitoring customer and market trends in collaboration with the marketing team to develop effective marketing activities.
Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.

Qualifications for the Role
>5 years of sales experience.
A higher education qualification in electricity, engineering, or a related field is required, enabling a solid technical understanding to provide value-driven solutions to clients.
Experience in technical sales, business development, or client management roles, ideally with direct customer interaction.
Analytical mindset to identify growth opportunities, prioritize accounts, and make data-driven commercial decisions.
Proactive and results-oriented approach, with the initiative to open new markets, detect opportunities, and follow them through to closure.
Proficiency in tools such as SAP, Excel, Power BI, and CRM systems, used for opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and commercial analysis.
Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to identify customer needs, generate business opportunities, and build long-term relationships.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
Native Spanish; Catalan will be very valuable; basic English level.
Valid driving license and residence in Cataluña
