We are looking for a proactive and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow Alkemy Spain through outbound sales and new business generation.
This is a hands-on commercial role focused on hunting, prospecting, and opening new opportunities. We are looking for someone comfortable reaching out to new clients, generating meetings from scratch, and building pipeline through daily outbound activity.
You will help introduce Alkemy’s capabilities across digital strategy, AI, marketing, media, data, CRM, customer experience, and technology solutions to potential clients.
The role is ideal for someone with commercial ambition, strong communication skills, curiosity for technology and digital trends, and interest in the world of digital consulting, marketing, and innovation.
Your main responsibility will be to drive Alkemy Spain’s profitable growth. On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
Identify and contact potential clients via LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and networking
Generate qualified meetings for the sales team
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Research companies, industries, and decision-makers
Present Alkemy’s digital, marketing, AI, and technology capabilities to prospects
Collaborate with internal teams to understand our services and value proposition
Attend industry events, fairs, and networking activities when needed
Track activity and pipeline through CRM tools
Learn how brands use technology, AI, data, and digital marketing to improve business performance
1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, SDR/BDR, agency sales, or similar commercial roles
Experience with outbound prospecting, lead generation, or cold outreach
Comfortable contacting new people and generating conversations from scratch
High energy, proactive attitude, and resilience
Interest in technology, AI, digital marketing, media, or innovation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience using LinkedIn, CRM tools, or sales tools is a plus
English level
