Duration: 3 to 9 months
Requirement: The internship must be a mandatory part of your education. Your weekly hours will be tailored exactly to what your university requires.
Core Curricular Principles & Legal Framework
- Academic Requisite & Hours: Casamona exclusively hosts interns whose weekly hours and total duration are strictly dictated by the mandatory requirements of their home university's educational curriculum.
- Educational Support: We actively assist students in fulfilling their academic milestones, providing guidance, data, and mentorship for mandatory university graduation reports.
- Continuous Mentorship: To guarantee a pure learning environment, every intern is paired daily with a full-time Casamona employee (Tutor). Interns do not operate autonomously; they observe, assist, and practice under direct supervision.
- Theoretical Curriculum: All practical training is supplemented by mandatory internal online classes and seminars covering Real Estate Marketing, Sales Techniques, and Brand Management.
- Non-Commercial Nature: In compliance with the Estatuto del Becario, interns have zero commission-based responsibilities or monetary sales targets.
Single Training Track: All-Round Real Estate Operations
Objective: To provide a holistic, 360-degree understanding of a boutique real estate agency. Through a full rotational framework tailored exactly to their university schedule, the student bridges academic theories with practical applications across property sourcing, digital marketing, administration, and rental workflows.
Module A: Sourcing, Database Literacy & Market Research (60% of time)
- Learning how to conduct flat-finding outreach and market research under supervision.
- Assisting mentors with lead generation and shadow-calling property owners.
- Practical training in real estate CRM systems (Sooprema) and digital data structure (Google Drive).
- Learning how to format property listings and input property data correctly.
- Analyzing pricing indexes and compiling market trends for educational case studies.
Module B: Digital Marketing & Business Development (25% of time)
- Practical application of marketing theories to corporate social media platforms.
- Learning how to draft premium property presentations and descriptive marketing content.
- Conducting competitor analysis and auditing active web portals for brand alignment.
- Studying market expansion by shadow-contacting corporate relocation partners.
Module C: Introduction to Rental Workflows & Administration (15% of time)
- Shadowing the Office Manager or Sales Director to learn basic rental and sales transaction workflows.
- Learning the administrative steps of preparing rental and sales documentation and tenant onboarding templates.
- Studying Spanish rental and sales regulations and compliance checklists as part of real estate literacy.
Acquired Skills & Learning Outcomes
