We are looking for a Senior AI / MLOps Engineer (d/f/m) with the following
Key Responsibilities
- Agentic AI & Integration: Building and maintaining MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, establishing seamless A2A (agent-to-agent) communication to interconnect our AI agents, and securely connecting them to internal wikis, documentation, and external APIs.
- AI Alignment with Business: Engaging directly with various AI use cases to translate business requirements into technical deliverables, ensuring that our data and AI integrations are strictly aligned with the business perspective and drive actual value.
- Deliver DTX-Internal AI-Use Cases: Increase efficiency/productivity at DTX (Digital Transformation) within e.g., our product development cycle (PMP) by detailing and developing AI-Use-Cases.
- CI/CD & Operationalization: Designing and maintaining automated deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps) and containerized environments (Docker) to ensure reliable releases.
- Data Pipelines: Supervising and assisting Data Engineers in data pipeline preparation for global use cases, including the CDP (Common Data Platform) rollout and models like churn-rate detection.
Who we are looking for
Education
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience, skills and knowledge:
- 7+ years of professional experience with majority spent working on AI / MLOps
- Proven track record in designing, developing and implementing AI applications based
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (e.g., AI Search, Container Apps, Microsoft Foundry) bringing e.g., AI agents to production.
- Deep hands-on experience with the Databricks ecosystem (e.g., Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Genie, MLFlow, Mosaic AI) bringing e.g., AI agents to production.
- Solid foundation in modern DevOps practices (Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Bicep/Terraform).
- Experienced in building and consuming APIs, ideally with exposure to agentic frameworks (such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Microsoft's agent frameworks) or LLM orchestration.
- Experienced in partnerships with product owners & non-tech audienceto understand their needs and resulting feature requirements, technical implications, and release priorities
- Experienced in collaboration with external suppliers to ensure clear expectations, delivery quality, and technical alignment as well as maintain transparent communication on progress, risks, and decisions
Soft skills and working style:
- Hands-on and pragmatic way of working with a “get things done” mentality with readiness to go the extra mile if needed
- Strong team player with a track record of making teams successful and putting joint goals ahead of personal goals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate (verbally and in writing) ideas and complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Flexibility to adapt to TKE / DTX tooling and support network
