About the role
Assets Ops is part of the osapiens HUB platform's Efficiency suite, helping enterprise customers manage maintenance, facilities, and operational workflows at scale. As a Senior Quality Engineer embedded in the Assets Ops team, you will own the quality strategy end-to-end — from defining testing approaches to shipping and maintaining automation frameworks that keep the product stable and reliable for thousands of users.
You'll work side by side with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle, not just at the end of it. That means fast feedback loops, meaningful test coverage, and a clear-eyed view of product health at all times.
You will be working in a hybrid work setup, with a collaborative and international team. You'll join a fast-growing company at the intersection of AI, compliance, and enterprise software — where the quality of what you ship genuinely matters to the customers relying on it.

Hands-on testing
- Test newly implemented features using a diverse range of testing techniques, with a focus on uncovering gaps early.

- Provide fast, reliable feedback on product health and stability to developers and stakeholders throughout each sprint.
Automation & tooling
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test suites covering E2E and API testing for both web and mobile applications.
- Perform root cause analysis on failing automated tests and drive their resolution.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality gates are in place (Azure DevOps preferred).
- Contribute to AI-assisted development efforts and explore how emerging tooling can improve the team's quality workflows.
Collaboration & communication
- Report bugs clearly and follow up on their resolution, monitoring the bug backlog to keep it actionable.
- Support developers in investigating and reproducing issues, acting as a trusted partner rather than a gatekeeper.
