Are you passionate about enabling partners to build differentiated solutions that transform customer experience and workforce productivity? As a Partner Solutions Architect focused on Amazon Connect and Amazon Quick, you will work with AWS Consulting and Technology Partners to help them develop, architect, and bring to market solutions built on these services. You will provide technical guidance, develop enablement content, and support go-to-market motions that drive partner-originated business and deliver value to end customers across EMEA.
Key job responsibilities
Support Partner go-to-market motions by providing technical guidance and support, thought leadership on AI-assisted development, code modernization, and developer productivity
Enable AWS Partners and internal AWS teams on the adoption and usage of AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) methodologies and AI-native IDEs, covering positioning, workshop delivery, and customer engagement across the full lifecycle
Create best practices and architectural guidance on Next-Generation Software Development, being a thought leader on the area.
Be the technical reference on Next-Gen Development for the EMEA Partner Organization, collecting and exposing all the work done across EMEA.
Collaborate with AWS account teams, professional services, and commercial sales to bridge partner capabilities with customer demand for NextGen Development
Build prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions that demonstrate AI-DLC methodology in practice — showing how AI handles routine development tasks while teams focus on real-time problem solving and creative thinking
Represent partner needs to AWS service teams (Kiro, AI-DLC program), influencing roadmaps and advocating for features that accelerate partner adoption
Contribute to the Partner Solutions Architecture community through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and hiring
A day in the life
Your days will be varied. You might start by running an AI-DLC workshop with a consulting partner’s delivery team, showing them how to position AI as a collaborator in sprint planning and code generation while maintaining human oversight on architecture decisions. Later, you could be demonstrating Kiro’s spec-driven development capabilities to an ISV partner exploring how to accelerate their product roadmap. You will spend time creating reusable enablement assets, guiding partners through AI-DLC accreditation, and collaborating with AWS field teams to match partner capabilities with customer demand for AI-powered development. You will also represent the voice of partners to AWS service teams, influencing how these tools and methodologies evolve.
About the team
You will join the EMEA Partner Solutions Architecture (PSA) organization within the AWS Partner Organization (APO). The PSA team serves as a scale engine for AWS, propelling growth by recruiting, activating, and developing partners. We provide technical enablement and thought leadership that helps partners build and sell solutions on AWS.
This role sits within the Solutions PSA team, which drives AWS growth through differentiated partner solutions in targeted industries and horizontals — including NextGen Development and AI-driven software engineering. The team operates across EMEA, collaborating with commercial sales, industry SAs, and the broader partner ecosystem. You will be based in Madrid with flexibility to travel across the region to work directly with partners and attend industry events.
