About the Role
At OneDigital, we drive Symrise’s digital transformation with the ambition to become the most digitally empowered company on the planet. Within our Data, Analytics & AI organization, we transform data into decisions and ideas into impact through modern technologies, trusted insights, and responsible AI solutions.
As Senior Manager – Data & AI Quality, you will lead the development and adoption of enterprise-wide data and AI quality practices across Symrise. You will ensure data and AI assets remain reliable, high-quality, and supported by effective governance and remediation processes. Working across business and technology teams, you will drive quality standards and strengthen the foundation for trusted, data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive enterprise-wide Data & AI Quality initiatives across business domains
- Define and implement quality frameworks, standards, and best practices
- Establish and improve processes for monitoring, remediation, and continuous quality improvement
- Ensure data and AI assets meet quality, consistency, and governance requirements
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align quality initiatives with strategic priorities
- Drive adoption of enterprise quality standards and governance practices
- Monitor quality maturity and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support automation and AI-driven approaches to enhance quality processes
- Act as a trusted advisor on data and AI quality topics across the organization
About you
You are passionate about creating trusted, high-quality data and AI environments that enable better business decisions. You enjoy solving complex challenges, driving improvements, and collaborating across teams to create meaningful impact.
You also bring:
- Experience in data quality, AI quality, data governance, or related disciplines
- Strong understanding of quality frameworks, controls, and governance principles
- Experience leading enterprise-wide or cross-functional initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Experience driving process improvements and organizational change
- Passion for data-driven transformation and continuous improvement
- Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus
