Plumber
We’re hiring a Plumber to carry out plumbing repairs, leak detection, and maintenance work across vacation rental properties, ensuring all systems operate efficiently and properties remain in excellent condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Detect, troubleshoot, and repair water leaks and plumbing issues
- Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fixtures, and water systems
- Perform inspections to identify potential plumbing problems
- Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls
- Coordinate with property managers and maintenance teams
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber
- Strong experience with water leak detection and repair
- Knowledge of residential plumbing systems and installations
- Ability to diagnose problems and implement effective solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Good communication skills and professional attitude
