We are looking for a Stockroom Assistant to support the retail department in activities related to store logistics operations, based in the BOSS Outlet store in Seville, 41309 Seville.
- 40 hours per week on rotating weekly shifts.
- Warehouse-related duties.
- Rotating shifts.
- Temporary replacement contract (sick leave coverage).
- Immediate start.
What you can expect:
Goods Receiving:
Unload and verify the received goods.
Check that the products received match the purchase orders.
Storage:
Sort and organize products on the corresponding shelves.
Ensure that products are stored safely and are easily accessible.
Inventory Management:
Carry out periodic inventory counts.
Update inventory records in the management system.
Order Preparation:
Pick and pack products for customer orders.
Label and prepare shipments for distribution.
Warehouse Maintenance:
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments such as sales and logistics.
Assist in resolving issues related to inventory and shipments.
Your profile:

Previous experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role as a Warehouse Assistant in retail.
- Ability to maintain an organized and efficient stockroom.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks. Attention to detail in handling merchandise and its registration.
- Endurance and resilience, with physical strength capabilities.
- Ability to move and lift medium or heavy items.
- Familiarity with management and inventory systems, as well as technological tools.
- Team player. Availability to work flexible schedules and shifts.
