For our Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) team, we are looking for a Procurement Representative in Spain. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that our procurement process runs efficiently, accurately, and in line with company policies. From requisition to purchase order and follow-up, you will be involved in the full operational flow.
You will be part of a Spanish-speaking team environment, while also collaborating closely with international colleagues across the organization—giving you the best of both a local connection and global exposure.
This is a temporary position covering a leave of absence.
Make a difference as Procurement Representative
- Converting approved requisitions into accurate purchase orders
- Verifying key data such as vendor, pricing, cost center, and project codes
- Creating purchase orders for routine or low-value purchases (up to €5K)
- Monitoring open purchase orders and following up on goods receipts
- Resolving issues such as missing approvals or incorrect coding
- Collaborating with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Supporting vendor onboarding and maintaining supplier documentation
- Guiding internal stakeholders on procurement processes, policies, and tools
- Internal colleagues across departments
- Finance / Accounts Payable teams
- Shipping and logistics colleagues
- Suppliers for coordination and information exchange
What you bring as a future colleague
Your are an accurate and structured person with a proactive and solution-driven mindset you enjoy being a team player of an international environment who:
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement
- Experience with Dynamics 365 and Medius
- Affinity with digital workflows
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish
