At Centric Shoppingfeed, we help online sellers publish their product catalogs on marketplaces and Digital Marketing platforms across Europe and the United States.
Every day, we provide our clients with the support they need to successfully sell on marketplace platforms such as Amazon, ManoMano, Zalando, or AliExpress through our integration and optimization software. At the same time, we help them promote their products through digital advertising campaigns on channels such as Google, Facebook, Awin, or Criteo, in order to attract high-quality traffic to their eCommerce websites.
With the objective of building customer loyalty throughout their experience with our platform, the “Customer Success” team was created. This department operates between two worlds, interacting closely with the Product, Support, Sales, and Marketing divisions.
To provide a closer service to our Southern Europe customers, we are currently looking to hire a new Marketplaces Customer Success Manger for our Alicante office.
Provide functional and technical assistance to merchants via phone and ticketing system in the daily use of the Centric Shoppingfeed platform.
Ensure merchants and brands are fully aware of and able to use all the features offered by our solution.
Respond to customer questions and issues while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Act as a liaison with the technical support team when merchant issues go beyond functional support.
Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust while advising merchants from a strategic perspective.
Help customers optimize their revenue according to their needs, business sector, and market opportunities.
Represent the voice of the customer internally to help improve and develop the platform.
Maintain a very low churn rate and increase revenue within the assigned customer portfolio
Educational background related to Marketing, eCommerce, Languages, Communication, or Technology is highly valued.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to quickly learn collaborative platforms such as Slack, Zendesk, Planhat, HubSpot, etc.
Spanish: It is required for communication with Spanish clients
English: Required for internal communication with Centric Shoppingfeed teams in France and global Centric Software teams.
Bonus Language Skills:
Portuguese: highly valuable for communication with Portuguese clients.
Italian: Valuable for communication with Italian clients.
French: valuable for internal communication with Centric Shoppingfeed French teams
Experience in eCommerce and familiarity with the marketplace and digital marketing ecosystem are highly desirable.
We are looking for someone who enjoys challenges and teamwork, with excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is empathetic, curious, agile, organized, proactive, commercially minded, and capable of working autonomously.
A good sense of basic mathematical logic and an interest in the technical side of software are essential to quickly adapt to the platform.
