Akens \ Nordburg is seeking German IT-solutions company highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst (m/f) to enlarge the Spanish based Team.
Location: 100% remote from Spain
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Test planning: Developing test plans based on the project’s requirements and specifications
- Collecting and documenting business requirements through interviews, workshops and observations
- Analysing existing business processes and identifying potential improvements
- Developing solution concepts and specifications for IT systems and business processes
- Detailing implementation concepts by creating use cases
- Supporting project management in the planning and execution of projects
- Mediating between specialist departments and IT to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Defining the service requirements for interfaces with the back‑end and with other service providers
- Creating and maintaining documentation such as process descriptions, requirements documents and test plans
- Developing test case specifications and end‑to‑end technical tests
- Performing tests and validations to ensure the quality of the solutions.
