Formulates and implements technical strategies aligned with organizational objectives. Invests time and energy in initiatives that boost creativity and innovation while creating solutions with the highest engineering quality. Understands and applies agile principles in daily development and platform management tasks.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus, and networking expertise (Arista, Palo Alto, etc.) would be awesome too!
- A Lean/Agile and DevOps mindset, with exposure to Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Ansible, PowerShell DSC) and automated build/release test and deployment.
- Knowledge of Agile Frameworks (SAFe) and continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, LEAN) would be a plus.
- A bold and innovative mindset, ready to think beyond boundaries, collaborate effectively, and take controlled risks.
- Proficient in English, and if you speak Spanish or German, that's even better!
- A strong desire to work in a global, diverse, and multicultural organization.
Education / Experience
- Demonstrated experience taking ownership of technical tasks, acting as a technical mentor, and successfully driving small to medium infrastructure or platform initiatives.
- Proven track record of managing and providing platform support for complex ERP systems (e.g., SAP) throughout the application lifecycle.
- Experience engaging in knowledge-sharing initiatives and navigating group dynamics in diversified settings.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in ERP Technology Management, with an ability to provide platform support through streamlined processes and advanced tools.
