As a key player in our software development team, you will take ownership of the traction control software lifecycle, you will:

Architect the Core: Design and document robust, scalable software architectures for traction control using advanced modeling tools.

Drive the Development: Program sophisticated control software utilizing graphical development environments, ensuring seamless integration onto target hardware platforms.

Simulate & Innovate: Build realistic, complex vehicle simulations to create robust, state-of-the-art test environments.

Ensure Flawless Execution: Manage the complete testing lifecycle—from rigorous component testing to full functional validation—ensuring compliance with stringent industry safety standards.

Bridge the Gap: Actively collaborate on system interfaces, translating high-level architectural concepts into practical, high-performance implementations.

Define the Blueprint: Author and manage comprehensive requirements for drive control software, ensuring clarity, precision, and traceability.
What Will Make You Shine in This Role:

Your Education: A strong technical background with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Your Expertise: Proven professional experience in structured software development, specifically focused on traction control systems or highly complex embedded control systems.

Your Domain Knowledge: A solid, practical understanding of traction systems, including traction converters, inverters, and electrical motors.

Your Communication: Fluency in English (C1 level) to collaborate effectively within our global engineering network.
