About us
At Factorial, we are building the self-operating system that helps companies get the most out of their people, money, and resources—a software that runs the work itself instead of asking people to.
Today, those three worlds are fragmented. Headcount decisions happen without cost visibility. Payroll runs disconnected from time and expenses. IT access lives in spreadsheets and tickets. We're connecting all of it into one system, so every decision around hiring, onboarding, compensation, and technology is made with full context and real-time cost visibility.
We are operating at €100M+ in annual recurring revenue, serving 16,000+ companies across 60 countries with a team of 1,500+ employees. Following a recent €150M round at a €2.5B valuation, our next phase is connecting the dots at a platform level—and design is leading that shift.
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer ready to work at the frontier: where integrations meet agentic AI, and where the interfaces we've relied on for decades are being reimagined from scratch.
The Opportunity
Every team at every company runs on a stack of tools. The question is whether those tools talk to each other, or whether people spend their days copy-pasting between them.
At Factorial, we're solving that. And we're doing it in a way that's never been done before.
You'll own the full integrations experience: the marketplace where customers discover and activate connections, the flows that make third-party tools feel native, and the AI-powered engine we're building to generate integrations on the fly, dynamically, based on what each customer actually needs.
And then there's the bigger thing. We're moving from software that captures data to software that acts on it. Our AI Agent operates on behalf of HR, finance, and IT teams, automating decisions, not just recording them. You'll design how that agent shows up inside the tools people already use, making Factorial the collaborator that's always on, wherever you need it.
This is genuinely new territory. There's no established playbook. That's the point.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end integrations experience: marketplace, activation, configuration, and everything in between.
- Design how our AI Agent lives inside third-party tools and channels, so it feels native wherever it operates.
- Shape the UX of our AI-powered integration generator: one of the most technically ambitious things we're building.
- Define what agentic design looks like in practice: agent behaviors, skills, triggers, and how users stay in control without slowing things down also in third partner chanels.
- No more handoffs, work hand in hand with the development team, in a shared language thanks to our internal code prototyping tools.
- Push our design system forward as the product scales.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in technical or platform domains.
- A portfolio that shows you can make complex systems feel simple, and that you care deeply about the craft.
- A systems thinker who gets energized by flows, dependencies, and architecture, not intimidated by them.
- Someone who finds the agentic AI shift genuinely exciting, not just interesting on paper.
- A strong communicator who can hold their own in an engineering-heavy environment and drive decisions forward.
- Comfortable in ambiguity and good at turning it into clarity other people can build on.
Don't meet every requirement? Apply anyway. We care about how you think, not just what you've shipped.
Bonus Points
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, developer platforms, or marketplace products.
- Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or Workato, as a builder or a power user.
- You've thought seriously about what it means to design for AI agents, not just AI features.
Why Join Us
- Own one of the highest-leverage surfaces in the product, every customer, every tool, every workflow.
- Work at the actual frontier of agentic product design, defining patterns that don't have names yet.
- Be part of a team that takes design seriously, not as decoration, but as a core way of thinking through hard problems.
- Global team, and real room to grow into whatever this role becomes.
