RESPONSABILITIES: - Analyse business needs and stakeholder input, and structure them into clear, consistent, and end-to-end business requirements - Support the Product Owner in refining, prioritizing, and clarifying requirements for the product backlog - Drive the business specification process, ensuring completeness, traceability, and quality of requirements - Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to identify needs, gaps, and improvement areas - Translate complex business processes into structured models, flows, and functional descriptions - Ensure alignment between business processes, system capabilities, and product scope - Provide guidance and support to the team responsible for documenting and detailing requirements - Act as a quality gate for requirements before development, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and value focus - Identify dependencies, risks, and inconsistencies in business requirements and processes - Support communication between business stakeholders and development teams - Contribute to defining business architecture, including processes, capabilities, and data perspectives - Ensure consistency of requirements across features, releases, and products - Support impact analysis for changes in requirements or scope - Contribute to continuous improvement of the requirements engineering and specification process ADITTIONAL INFORMATION Full-time Working model: Agile (Scrum / Kanban) Combination of mobile and on-site work International collaboration environment QUALIFICATIONS Skills and Competences: 1. Business & Functional - Strong experience in business analysis and requirements management - Ability to structure and document complex business requirements - Experience in business process modeling and end-to-end thinking - Strong understanding of product development lifecycle in agile environments - Ability to translate business needs into clear functional specifications - Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder alignment 2. Tools & Methods - Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) - Requirements and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence or similar) - Process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, diagrams) 3. Personal - Strong analytical and structured thinking - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Moderation and facilitation skills - High level of ownership and accountability - Ability to simplify complexity and create clarity - Collaborative mindset and problem-solving attitude 4. Experience - Experience in Business Analysis, Business Architecture, or similar roles (3+ years recommended) - Experience working in agile product teams - Experience in international and cross-functional environments is a plus 5. Education - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or similar Languages: English C1 Location: FULLREMOTE Schedule: flexible. Friday intensive.
