Genesys Cloud Software Engineer (Developer)

We are passionate about innovation and developing technology solutions that create real business impact. We are currently looking for a Genesys Cloud Software Engineer to join an international team working on cloud-based contact center solutions.
- Develop and maintain customer experience flows using Genesys Cloud Architect.
- Build and support integrations through Genesys Cloud APIs, Data Actions, and event-driven services.
- Implement routing logic, automation, and configurations for voice and digital channels.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability.
- Participate in testing, documentation, and deployment activities following development best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the contact center platform and related processes.
Required
- 3–7+ years of experience in contact center, telephony development, or systems engineering.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud or a similar CCaaS platform.
- Proven experience delivering production inbound and outbound services and supporting go-live activities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring platform reliability.
- Familiarity with cloud concepts, security fundamentals, and version control.
- Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, OAuth2, and JWT.
Nice to Have
- Genesys Cloud certifications (Certified Professional, Architect, or similar).
- Experience with Genesys Cloud Architect API and Inbound/Outbound Campaign APIs.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of networking concepts including VPCs, subnets, NAT, and security groups.
- Experience with event-driven integrations (EventBridge or similar technologies).
- Exposure to CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics.
- Cloud provider certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
