We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern eager to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of Human Resources. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company in constant evolution, where you’ll work closely with experienced HR professionals and contribute to meaningful projects that impact employees across the EMEA region.
As an HR Intern, you will support initiatives related to recruitment, talent development, employee experience, labor relations, culture, and people operations for our employees across Europe. You’ll gain valuable exposure to the full employee lifecycle while collaborating with international and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and people-centered environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is curious, organized, eager to take initiative, and excited to build a strong foundation in HR within a growing global company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

HR Operations & People Administration
Learning & Development initiatives
Internal Communications & Employer Branding
HR Analytics & Reporting
Employee Engagement & Culture Initiatives
Support for international and cross-functional HR projects
Participation in process improvement and organizational growth initiatives
Collaboration with teams across different countries and business areas
Education & Experience
Desired background:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
Availability to join through an internship agreement (contrato de formación o convenio en prácticas formativas)
High level of English preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute in a collaborative environment
