Schneider Digital is the digital department of Schneider Electric, leading the digital transformation in the company by giving support globally to our internal teams and our clients. Schneider Digital consists of 6 Digital Hubs worldwide which are strategically located to ensure a 24/7 support across the company (France, China, India, USA, Mexico and Spain). Our Digital Hub in Barcelona is formed by +450 employees working in strategic projects and different roles such as Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, Cloud, Infrastructures, IT Project Management or Digital Marketing.
The Digital Finance Layer (DFL) is Schneider Electric's Global SAP S4/HANA Central Finance system, utilized for real-time reporting and analysis. It aggregates data from various source ERPs, including both former Federated ERPs and non-Federated ERPs, SAP and non-SAP systems. For non-SAP source ERPs, we employ SAP Data Services 4.2 and Syniti ADM to replicate data in real-time to DFL.
We are seeking a highly skilled technical professional to ensure the continuous availability and optimal support of the Data Services and Syniti solution.
What will you do?

Ownership: Take complete responsibility for the Syniti solution, ensuring its reliability, stability, and performance.

Configuration: Configure and manage Syniti ADM in alignment with business requirements and project needs.

Analysis & Design: Analyse requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements within Syniti ADM to improve functionality.

Development: Implement change-request logic and update existing code in SAP Data Services as required.

Monitoring: Monitor real-time data replication processes for FI postings to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely issue resolution.

Integration Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard and integrate additional data sources into DFL using Syniti ADM.

Object Knowledge: Hands-on experience with master and transactional data objects such as Material, Customer, Vendor, Cost Center, Profit Center, GL Account, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cost Management, General Ledger, etc

Team Collaboration: Work as an integral member of the DFL team within Schneider Digital – Enterprise IT.
