Stark builds the world’s most powerful electric motorcycles. From the VARG MX to the road-legal VARG EX & SM, our bikes have won world championships and are engineered to outperform anything with a combustion engine.
We’re based in Sant Boi, Barcelona, growing fast (77% year-on-year), and building a team that will take us even further. If you want to work on a product that people are genuinely obsessed with, this is it.
Stark will become the global market leader in premium motorcycles. Building premium motorcycles requires innovation and we need your help to make us succeed in building the backend for our AI systems.
Our mission is to lead the way towards a sustainable motorcycle industry, by reducing plastic and CO2 pollution.
This will be achieved by building sustainable products that are superior to traditional technology in terms of Performance, Emotion and Design.
As our Outbound Logistics Specialist, you will be at the heart of that mission: owning the full end-to-end shipping journey for our motorbikes and spare parts, from our production line in Sant Boi de Llobregat all the way to our customers across the globe.
You'll work side by side with our production, planning, and customer service teams to design optimal transport setups, solve in-transit challenges in real time, and drive continuous improvement across our global logistics network. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a fast-scaling company where your decisions have direct, visible consequences.
Own end-to-end outbound shipments of motorbikes and spare parts via road, sea, and air — managing daily requests with our LSPs and overseeing every milestone from pickup to final delivery.
Manage export/import documentation and customs compliance, including Dangerous Goods (UN3171 / UN3480), working with customs brokers and freight forwarders at origin and destination.
Oversee external 3PL warehouse partners: coordinate inbound/outbound flows, monitor SLA compliance, and resolve issues before they affect shipments.
Resolve in-transit incidents in real time — keeping stakeholders informed and closing out non- conformities with POD confirmation.
Track carrier and 3PL KPIs, approve freight invoices and collaborate with production, planning & Customer support to continuously improve cost, lead time, and service across the network.
3+ years in international logistics or shipping roles, with hands-on experience coordinating multimodal transport.
Proven track record managing external 3PL warehouse partners.
Knowledge of Incoterms, international transport regulations, and Dangerous Goods requirements — particularly UN3171 (electric vehicles) and UN3480 (lithium batteries).
Hands-on experience preparing and managing export/import documentation: commercial invoices, packing lists, CMRs, Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, customs declarations, and certificates of origin.
Comfortable working with ERP platforms — Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred — and TMS tools.
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
Fluent across standard office tools: Outlook, Gmail, Google Drive.
